After completing the online application form, you will be prompted to enter a credit card to receive a non-refundable charge (fee) of $150. Upon successful payment, your application will be transmitted.
A copy of the student’s last educational evaluation must be faxed or mailed to The Independence Academy separate from the online application. If the student has an IEP, this must also be submitted.
Alternatively, families may choose to download, complete and mail a hard copy of the Admissions Application, along with a payment of $150 and all required documentation.
